UK Customers: All parcels will be tracked and require a signature via Royal Mail & Parcelforce. Postage costs will be £5.00 for 48 Tracked via Royal Mail or £8.95 Special Delivery via Royal Mail

 

European Customers: 

European Shipping will be tracked and require a signature upon arrival. Shipping cost will be £15.00

Taxes, handling fees and custom charges: Since January 1st 2021 taxes are now charged by the destination country upon arrival along with a handling fee and import duties local to your country.  These additional fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  

These import charges and customs policies vary from country to country and unfortunately these costs are out of our control.  If you have any queries regarding these costs then we advise you to contact your local customs department.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease the International tax, handling charges and custom fees. 

Should you refuse a shipment from Dotclothing you may be liable for the original shipping charges, plus any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Dotclothing. The amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance where the return fee would exceed the amount of the merchandise, you will not be refunded.

By placing an order at Dotclothing you are responsible for shipping charges, including custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Dotclothing. This also applies to any parcels that are refused by you at delivery. 

 

 

Rest Of The World Shipping: 

Rest of the world shipping will be tracked and require a signature upon arrival. Shipping cost will be £15.00

Any import tax, handling fee & customs duties are to be paid by the recipient.
